Yes all of our rooms contain their own private bathroom with
either bathtub or shower and sometimes both.

Yes all of our rooms have air conditioning and central heating.

category is your hotel?
We are an official 3 star hotel and offer the following services
– 24 hour concierge / night porter service, colour satellite
television in every room, mini bar, telephone, internet connection
(via lap top i.e. your own personal computer)
Does
your hotel have Parking Facilities?
No but parking can be arranged in a nearby garage – price
are from Euro 20,00 to 27,00 per day, paying directly at the
garage.
Is
the room rate per person or per night?
Price is in Euro and is per room per night and includes everything
i.e. continental buffet breakfast, service and tax
Are
children free?
Usually children from 0 to 6 years old sleep free or a 50%
discount is applied on price of a double room when staying
with their parent's using the existing bedding or cot. Children
7-12 years old are entitled to a reduction in a triple room
Are
cots available?
Our Hotel offers cots free of charge.
What
are the directions to the hotel?
We are located in the historical centre and the hotel may
be reached by taking the left hand exit from Santa Maria Railway
Station and taking the underground passage to Piazza dell’Unita
– from here walk up Via San Antonino our hotel the San Giorgio
is on the left – nearby attractions include the street market
of San Lorenzo, the Duomo, the Medici Chaples and the marvellous
church of Santa Maria Novella – detailed directions can be

How
do I get to Florence and the Hotel San Giorgio from Pisa International
Airport?
By Bus: The number 3 bus travels from the Airport to Pisa
train station every 15 minutes. Tickets cost EUR 0.80 one
way. There is a coach service between Firenze Peretola to
Florence city center and it costs 4 Euro. It costs just over
EUR 10 one way.
Terravision
Express Shuttle
A dedicated coach service for Ryanair passengers operates
between Pisa airport and the centre of Florence (Santa Maria
Novella station). Tickets cost Euro 7,50 one-way.
Train
Journey from Pisa Airport to Florence city centre costs just
under EUR 4 one way

are you open?
The Hotel San Giorgio is open all year round, every day.
Why
do I have to include my credit card number?
You will be required to submit a credit card number at the
time of booking. We need your credit card number to hold your
room and to send a confirmation number. NO MONEY WILL BE DEBITED
UNTIL YOU CHECK OUT OF HOTEL
What
is the cancellation policy on my reservation?
Cancellation can be made up to 48 hours in high season, and
24 hours in low and medium season prior to arrival at NO CHARGE.
After this limit the cost of the FIRST NIGHT will be charged
to your credit card.
Once
I have made my reservation, will I receive any written confirmation
from the hotel?
Yes, an email will be sent as confirmation of your reservation
together with a personal code that will allow you to change
and modify your reservation.
What
credit card types are accepted for guarantee/deposit?
Amex, VISA, MasterCard, Diners.
My
credit card number is correct, but the hotel is not accepting
it. Why?
There are a few possibilities:
-Your card type is not accepted at the hotel.
-The card expiration date precedes the reservation date.
-You have reached your credit limit.
-There is a computer error.
Is
there a hotel shuttle service to/from the airport?
Pick-up can be arranged on request. Costs vary depending on
which airport you are arriving.
Can
I specify where I would like my room located (preferred floor,
etc)?
The hotel staff will do their best to accommodate special
requests. We cannot guarantee room location because it is
subject to availability.
